Terms of use

What the site does

The site lists used stone fabrication equipment for sale and lets buyers send inquiries and sellers submit equipment. Listings are an invitation to inquire, not an offer to sell. Prices are given on request. No sale is binding until a written sale contract is signed by the parties.

Listing information

Equipment details, photos and video come largely from sellers. We review submissions but do not independently verify every detail, and we do not guarantee that listing information is complete or error-free. Buyers should inspect equipment, in person or by video, and ask questions before buying. Unless a written sale contract says otherwise, used equipment is sold as is.

Sellers

If you submit equipment, you confirm that the information, photos and video are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to sell the equipment. Each listing is also governed by a separate listing agreement, which covers our fee. If the listing agreement and these terms conflict, the listing agreement controls.

Accounts

If you have an account, keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information, or equipment you do not have the right to sell.
• Use the site to send spam, or collect other users’ information.
• Interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to access areas you are not authorized to use.
• Copy or scrape listings or content for commercial use without our written permission.

Content and ownership

The site’s design, text, logo and our own content belong to us. When you upload photos, video or descriptions, you keep ownership, but you give us permission to use, copy, crop and display them to market your equipment and operate the site, including after a sale for our records.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. These limits do not apply to obligations in a signed listing agreement or sale contract, which are governed by their own terms.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses if a claim is brought against us because of information or content you provided, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
